Batman Returns

In case you didn't know the legend that is Tim Burton directed a Batman film that is a pure gem. I am a huge Tim Burton fan i have admired his work since i was a kid and me also be a comic book nerd for a lack of a better term. This was something i was really excited to watch but also nervous because what if Tim were to make batman more creepy then heroic. As i was watching the movie i listen to the music of the film and it makes a tremendous impact on the film. It gives it that Tim Burton flair of eerie emotions that we saw in Edward Scissorhands and Beetlejuice. I think my favorite part is seeing how powerful and intimidating Cat women was. She can throw punches and still look amazing doing it. Mary Vogt's design of her outfit is not only a perfect of example of Catwomen herself. Even though it's been ripped and stitched back together and thrown in kitty litter after being tossed off a building by batman himself it still looks amazing. Not to mention the one liners she says to her victims are just purrrr-fect and Penguin is so crazy and creepy that you actually become afraid of him. Yes, he's goofy at times but he is insane. He eats raw fish and i'm not talking about sushi. I've never heard or seen of a penguin biting a man's nose almost off but he did. Yes, the movie can be awkward at times, such as when cat women and batman fight over the "ice princess''. But, it makes up for it with crazy penguin antics and Catwomen vs Batman action sequences. It is a must watch.
